The terms "The Radiant Ribbon Co" or “us” or “we” or "Seller" or "our" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 2 Hillview Road, Loxton, Axbridge, Somerset, BS26 2XJ. The term “you” or "Buyer" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
There shall be no binding contract between Seller and Buyer until the Buyer''s order has been accepted by the Seller.
By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises The Radiant Ribbon Co through Paypal to take payment for goods selected.
We reserve the right not to print any message that we consider to be obsene, offensive, derogatory or discriminatory in any way.
We print what you write in your message box on your order. The text is copied and pasted into our printing software. We accept no liability for misspelling, punctuation or wording. Please ensure you check your order before you place it.
Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with The Radiant Ribbon Co until we have received payment in full of the price and all sums due under the order.
Payment can be made easily by all major debit or credit cards and sixteen currencies via the secure Paypal facility. You will be re-directed to the Paypal website on checkout to make payment. This means that The Radiant Ribbon Co. will not deal with or store any credit card details. You do not have to sign up to Paypal to make use of this service. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
Alternatively, we do accept cheques and when we receive confirmation of cleared funds the goods will be dispatched. Cheques can be made payable to "The Radiant Ribbon Co" and sent to Accounts Department, 2 Hillview Road, Loxton, Axbridge, Somerset, BS26 2XJ. Please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.
We also accept BACS payment into our bank account - please contact us for the necessary bank acocunt and sort code details.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
Where relevant, if your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the situation and expected delivery times or the option to cancel your order if preferred.
Delivery & Risk
Delivery times quoted are given in good faith. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail (or other third parties) due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial strike action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control.
Delivery of goods to the stipulated delivery address shall constitute delivery to the Buyer. All risk in the goods will pass to the Buyer upon delivey.
At the checkout there is the option to change the delivery address if that is easier to deliver to an alternative address e.g. your work address.
Discrepancies or damages apparent at the time of delivery must be noted at the time of delivery and The Radiant Ribbon Co notified within 7 days of receipt - See Returns Policy for further details.
Not all font colours produce effective results with all the ribbon colours. With our experience we offer font colours that are best suited to the ribbon colour - hence reduced font colours are available on some items. In other cases we have picked the one best font colour for the ribbon - usually the shiny metallic colours as the finish is superior, is more hard wearing, smudge proof and water resistant than the matt colours.
In the case of Design your Own ribbons, we will contact you if you choose a font and ribbon colour combination that we feel does not work to the best possible advantage and offer suggestions.
Orders may be cancelled upon contacting The Radiant Ribbon Co by telephone or email but will be subject to a 10% administration charge of the total order to be cancelled.
Returns Policy/Quality Guarantee
All our products are sourced to be of the highest quality. Unfortunately, all goods with which are made to order, are not subject to a refund unless the product is faulty. As we copy and paste into our specialist printing software directly from a Buyer''s order request, please ensure that there are no typing errors contained in the order.
You must inform us of your intention to return any goods, within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning any items. After investigations at The Radiant Ribbon Co, for any products we find to be faulty, we will return the full amount of the faulty goods plus any returned postage costs.
